Refunds

• All program fees are non-refundable once the session has started.
• If a player withdraws before the first class, a refund may be issued minus a $25 administrative fee.
• No refunds or credits are given for voluntary withdrawal, scheduling conflicts, or lack of attendance.

Late Payments

• Program fees must be paid in full prior to the first day of the session unless a payment plan has been approved.
• Payments more than 7 days late will incur a $25 late fee.
• Continued non-payment may result in the participant being unable to attend until the balance is paid.

Absences & Missed Classes

• Missed classes by the participant (illness, travel, personal schedule conflicts, etc.) are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• If Boccaccini Tennis must cancel a class (weather, court availability, etc.), a make-up class, credit, or refund will be offered at the program’s discretion.

Weather / Program-Related Cancellations

• In the event of rain or unsafe court conditions, parents will be notified by text or email.
• Classes canceled by Boccaccini Tennis will be rescheduled when possible.
